Twist ‘n’ Pop Birthday

Hello Crafters

Hope you are all having a great week producing beautiful moments in time!

This week I decided to have a go at this twist ‘n’ pop craze that every one seemed to be doing, a little behind I know but none the less I got there! First I started by having a look at images and YouTube and then I decided I wanted something different for the grandchildren so said to myself ‘ Let’s have a go!’

I was so pleased as I measured and made it all, and it worked first time.

Sunday Recovery

Hello Crafters

Well on Sunday I was rummaging, moving and sorting in my craft room to make space and try to gain every last inch out of the room I have, to the point where I have looked at it half hour later and thought ‘How the divil did I get that in there!’, but I also turned the way I work round so I have more working top space, and I can have my mini studio set up so I don’t have to keep pulling it up and down from the top of the cupboard, as one of these days I am sure, all the flowers and cherubs and bits and bobs are going to end up gliding down and knocking sense into me! What brought all this on? I had an absolutely wonderful day out with my craft buddy at Make-It Farnborough last Saturday and needed to find extra space for a ‘few wee things’. It was brilliant.

It wasn’t too crowded, all the stalls were well laid out and easy to get to, plenty of places to sit and eat, and the coffee was good too! They also had the most amazing posh portaloo’s, I have ever seen….even had toilet paper….really thought I had gone into the VIP area by mistake!

We left at around 7.oo am (yes, it was way too early, but we were excited!) and arrived at 9.00 am ready for the opening at 9.30. The journey was pleasant and no major hold ups, not even the M3 road works could get us down, we just happily chin wagged our way along until we got there!

On Sunday I was having a play with some of the things I bought and produced this:

Anyway, that’s my last few days, and oh yes, I was naughty, but I loved it, so no regrets here, just got lots of play time to look forward to!!

Happy Crafting

A Little Trellis Work

Hello Crafters

Posting a bit late this week, am back into the land of scrapbooking, and housework! So so much crafting, so little time!!!

Today I’d like to share a card I made and sent to Malaysia, and the recipient loved it, so I can share it with you now.

I saw a card made with this die on pin interest, and just loved it straight away, just think it’s so pretty!
